Do you offer a Sales Progression Service?

We offer 24hr chat and telephone answering service for booking and logging appointments, however our office opening times are:

Mon: Friday 8am - 9pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Sunday: Closed

We do floor plans?

Most people don’t have time to read through blurb, a floorplan cuts to the chase. All our property sales or lettings come with a floorplan as standard.

Why should we get an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?

It is a legal requirement. It costs £85+VAT and is valid for 10 years.

Who does the viewings?

We are local and will happily do your viewings for you as part of our dedicated service.

Will you negotiate the offers for me?

Yes, our experienced sales negotiators, we will negotiate the sale for you. We will send a memorandum of sale to all the relevant parties concerned once a sale is agreed.
